Annual Fund

Dear Parents, Alumni and Friends,

We write to you in hopes that you will be a part of this year’s Annual Fund Drive to raise $250,000. Your monetary gift is extremely valuable and will benefit the school, but it is what that gift reflects that may be even more important. By supporting the Annual Fund, you demonstrate your dedication to building a fine academic institution that will have a dramatic impact on children’s lives and on the John’s Island community.
We have begun a wonderful year, full of change and enthusiasm, and school spirits are high. Dr. Shirley continues to attract remarkably talented, dedicated faculty members whose goals are nothing short of excellence. As parents, we feel privileged to be able to make a meaningful contribution to the effort, and we encourage all of you to join us. Your contribution to the Annual Fund allows CCS to provide smaller classes and state-of-the-art equipment, to maintain the facilities, and to offer extracurricular activities which enhance their intellectual lives. Reaching the monetary goal is important, but having 100% participation is equally vital.

We recognize that parents already make huge sacrifices for their children through tuition, but the Annual Fund is necessary to ensure that the things that make Charleston Collegiate special will continue. Winston Churchill said that “[y]ou make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give.” We ask you to accept the challenge and give the school your support.

For your convenience, you may make an online contribution by clicking on the "donate" button below.

Sincerely,
Sam and Jacki Allston
