IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

October 4, 2024: Admission Applications Open for 25-26 school year.
January 24, 2025: Deadline for Application and Admissions Materials complete (application, school records, teacher recommendations, shadow visit complete)
February 7, 2025: Admission Notifications sent for Early Childhood & K students
February 14, 2025: Early Childhood & K Enrollment Contract & deposit deadline for accepted students. After this date, spaces will be opened for waitlisted and rolling admission candidates.
June 1, 2025: Deadline for cancellation of 25-26 enrollment and release of contractual obligations for the 25-26 school year. Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

*If space remains in a grade, admission decisions will continue to be released on a rolling basis. We encourage interested families to go ahead and begin the admission process with a tour and application.

Rising 1st - 12th Grade

Feb 7, 2025: Deadline for Application and Admissions Materials complete (Admission application, school records, teacher recommendations & shadow day complete. Financial aid/ scholarship applications also due by this date, if applicable)
March 7, 2025: Admission Notifications announced for Rising 1st - 12th grade students.
March 14, 2025: Enrollment Contract & deposit deadline for 1st - 12th grade accepted students. After this date, spaces will be opened for waitlisted and rolling admission candidates.
June 1, 2025: Deadline for cancellation of 25-26 enrollment and release of contractual obligations for the 25-26 school year. Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

We can’t wait to meet you and your child. We look forward to getting to know your family, hearing about your child’s educational and future goals, and finding out what is important to your family in a school. If you haven’t participated in a tour yet, we’d love to share more about CCS as we walk our grounds visiting with teachers and students. We have many options to tour our school via an Open House event, a group tour, or through a scheduled family tour.

Once you have filled out an Inquiry Form (step above or grey button to the right) you will then receive access to the Charleston Collegiate Admission Portal. In this Portal you will be able to find the Application Checklist Items for each of your Candidates, pay the Application fee ($100 per student) and see the process for submitting supplemental records and recommendations. If you have already filled out an Inquiry Form, click here to log back into the CCS Admission Portal with the email address you used when inquiring. If you have not yet filled out an Inquiry form – start here with an Inquiry before you Apply.

Submit Recommendations & Records

As part of the Applicant Checklist, you will need to submit School Records, Teacher Recommendation Forms, and an Academic Assessment. These forms and requests can be accessed in the Admission Portal. If you already have a login to the CCS Admission Portal – click here to log in.
