IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

October 2, 2023: Admission Applications Open for 24-25 school year.
January 26, 2024: Deadlines for Admissions Materials to be submitted to CCS for Early Childhood & K Priority Acceptance consideration (application, school records, teacher recommendations, shadow visit complete)
February 2, 2024: Priority Acceptance announced for Early Childhood & K students
February 16, 2024: Early Childhood & K Enrollment Contract Deadline for Priority Acceptance students. After this date, spaces will be opened for rolling admission candidates
June 1, 2024: Deadline for cancellation of 24-25 enrollment and release of contractual obligations for the 24-25 school year. Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

*If space remains in a grade, admission decisions will continue to be released on a rolling basis. We encourage interested families to go ahead and begin the admission process with a tour and application.

Rising 1st - 12th Grade

March 8, 2024: Priority Acceptance announced for Rising 1st - 12th grade students.
March 22, 2024: Enrollment Contract Deadline for 1st - 12th Grade Priority Acceptance students. After this date, spaces will be opened for rolling admission candidates.
June 1, 2024: Deadline for cancellation of 24-25 enrollment and release of contractual obligations for the 24-25 school year. Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

We can’t wait to meet you and your child. We look forward to getting to know your family, hearing about your child’s educational and future goals, and finding out what is important to your family in a school. If you haven’t participated in a tour yet, we’d love to share more about CCS as we walk our grounds visiting with teachers and students. We have many options to tour our school via an Open House event, a group tour, or through a scheduled family tour.

Once you have filled out an Inquiry Form (step above or grey button to the right) you will then receive access to the Charleston Collegiate Admission Portal. In this Portal you will be able to find the Application Checklist Items for each of your Candidates, pay the Application fee ($100 per student) and see the process for submitting supplemental records and recommendations. If you have already filled out an Inquiry Form, click here to log back into the CCS Admission Portal with the email address you used when inquiring. If you have not yet filled out an Inquiry form – start here with an Inquiry before you Apply.

Submit Recommendations & Records

As part of the Applicant Checklist, you will need to submit School Records, Teacher Recommendation Forms, and an Academic Assessment. These forms and requests can be accessed in the Admission Portal. If you already have a login to the CCS Admission Portal – click here to log in.
